Create a stock run

What this is

A Stock Run is a restaurant purchase trip: several suppliers, one boat, receive later.

Step-by-step

1. Open Stock Runs → New Stock Run.
2. Add suppliers and the items you want from each.
3. Optional: attach a boat under Boat Tracking.
4. Send / confirm lines. Pay suppliers from the run when needed.
5. When cargo lands, Receive the run so stock and costs post.

Statuses you will see

Draft, open, in progress, received, cancelled — receive is what actually puts qty on hand.
