Single-supplier purchase form. Restaurants use it besides stock runs.

What this is

The standard purchase screen: supplier, lines, costs, VAT. Retail sidebar calls the same screen Purchase New. Restaurants call it Quick Purchase.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the purchase create screen.
  2. Choose supplier and date.
  3. Add products/ingredients, qty, cost, and input VAT if the bill has GST.
  4. Save. Tracked stock increases. Supplier due increases if you did not pay in full.
