Item not on the sales screen

Why a product is missing from Create Sale.

In aPOS Create Sale

Checks

  1. Ingredients never appear on the till — only Retail Product and Finished Product.
  2. Inactive products are hidden.
  3. Restaurant product list excludes ingredients; you may have saved in the wrong menu.
  4. Staff need sale permission.
  5. Search spelling / category filter on Create Sale.
