Physical qty vs system qty

Count the shelf, then post a count or manual update.

In aPOS Stock List → Stock Counts

What to do

If the shelf disagrees with aPOS, run Stock Counts (many items) or Manual Stock Update with reason Physical stock count (one item). Then look at waste, unreceived stock runs, and sales on due that still took stock.
