What this is
Staff profiles hold the official employee details that print on the salary slip, plus the monthly employment cost True Cost uses.
Payslip fields (Maldives):
- Full name (as on the national ID or passport)
- Employee number (your shop code)
- National ID, or work visa / passport number for expatriates
- Designation and department
- TIN, only if Employee Withholding Tax applies
Money fields:
- Salary, work permit, medical, insurance, food, housing, other
- Optional employee pension and EWT — these reduce Net Pay on payroll. Leave at 0 if they do not apply.
- Optional employer pension — shop cost for True Cost. It is not deducted from the slip.
aPOS does not guess the 7% MRPS rate or the MIRA EWT bands. Type the amount when it applies.
