These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aPOS, a cloud-based Point-of-Sale SaaS platform ("Service") developed by AriWorks and integrated with the Aurum Crypto Gold (ACG) ecosystem. By registering, installing, or using aPOS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you represent a business, you warrant authority to bind said entity to these Terms.
Core Provisions: License: AriWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use aPOS per your subscribed plan. Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service in violation of applicable laws. ACG Integration: Certain features may require ACG wallet or token interactions, subject to ACG’s Terms. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for breaches, unpaid fees, or unlawful activity. Clauses: Fees: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Taxes are excluded. Data Ownership: You retain rights to your business data; we process it per our Privacy Policy. Liability: AriWorks is not liable for indirect damages or downtime beyond its control. Updates: Terms may be revised with 30 days’ notice via email or in-app alerts. Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of Maldives.
