Sales & Operations
- + Create Sale — the till.
- Online Orders — guest pickup, delivery, and QR table requests waiting for staff to accept.
- Sales — Sale List, Sales Return, Quotations.
- Daily OPS — Cash Drawer, Daily Prep, Production batches.
- Stock Runs (restaurant) — New Stock Run, Stock Run List, Boat Tracking.
- Purchases — Island Shop; restaurants see Stock Run (boat / Male’) and Quick Purchase; retail sees Purchase New and Smart Intake.
- Products — All Product, Add Product, Print Labels, Category, Brand, Unit.
- Ingredients (restaurant) — All Ingredients, Add Ingredient.
- Stock List — All Stock, Low Stock, Expired Products, Manual Stock Update, Stock Counts. Restaurants also get Waste & Consumption, and owner-only setup screens.
Contacts, Finance, Business, System
- Customers / Suppliers — parties you sell to or buy from.
- Finance — Payroll (payslips, extra hours, advances), Incomes, Expenses, GST (Tax rates + owner MIRA / GST), Due List.
- Business — Subscriptions, True Cost, Overhead costs, Profit & Loss List, Reports.
- System — Settings (including Customer Ordering, BML POS, Viber Channel, aPOSAlerts, Team, Payment Type, Table Management), Mobile apps, Help.
Good to know
If a label is missing, you are either on a retail shop, not the owner, or your staff role hides that module.
