General Settings

Shop name, receipts, rounding, and other till behaviour.

In aPOS Settings → General Settings

What this is

General Settings is the shop profile: name, receipt, sale rounding, and related till options. Owners also see stock-lock skip here if that control is enabled.

Till chrome

Show the full aPOS header on the till is off by default. The till then hides the logo/alerts bar so the product grid can use the whole screen. The sidebar stays off-screen until you tap the hamburger. Refresh Create Sale after you save.

Turn it on if you want the usual header and an always-visible sidebar. The sidebar then sits above the table strip (T1–T9) so you can still reach Dashboard and Online Orders.
