Table management

Add restaurant floor tables for the till, and print the guest QR on each one.

In aPOS Settings → Table Management

What this is

Restaurant Table Management for the floor used on Create Sale. Occupied means that table has an open order right now. Retail shops do not see this.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Settings → Table Management.
  2. Add Table 1, 2, 3… They show on the till strip.
  3. After QR table ordering is on, each card can show Enable QR. Tap it, then Print QR or Download QR.
  4. Rotate QR if a printed code leaked. Disable QR stops that table’s guest link without deleting the table.

Good to know

Inactive tables stay off the till until you set them Active. Guest presence (must be at the outlet) is set on Customer Ordering, not here.
