Owner invites staff and sets what they can see.

In aPOS Settings → Team

What this is

Team is owner-only. Staff visibility keys include dashboard, sale, sale list, purchase, products, stock, parties, income, expense, due list, loss/profit (True Cost), reports, profile, Viber post, Online Orders, Accept online orders, and Online order alerts.

Spectator can view, not change. Cutover inventory screens stay owner + restaurant.
