What this is
On-hand value ÷ on-hand qty after each receipt. A dearer Male’ delivery lifts the average for the units still in the fridge.

Finished products
- Batch-Stocked (you posted a production batch): the bun’s stock cost is the produced cost, then WAC as further batches land.
- Recipe-on-Sale (typical latte): there is no finished on-hand to average. Direct cost is the recipe for one sale.
Do not type a pretend purchase price on a Finished Product to “seed” WAC. Item Type controls this, not Product Category.
Example
100 pcs at Rf 1.00 plus 50 pcs at Rf 1.40 → 150 pcs at Rf 1.13.
