Open Products → Category, add a name, save. Then pick it on the product form.
Always show online
Always show online keeps this category on the public menu when Show only today’s available Daily Prep items is on. Use it for drinks and made-to-order items that are not on the morning cook list. Baked goods stay limited by Daily Prep remaining qty.
Flip the Always online switch on the Category list, or tick it when you add or edit a category. Products still need Available online.
Good to know
Island Shop hides some finished bakery-style categories when it builds the local shopping list. Names that contain baked, pastry, cake, and similar words are treated as made items, not island-shop stock.
